The aerial hoop is a circular steel apparatus suspended from the ceiling, on which you will perform aerial acrobatics such as poses, spinning, and upside down moves.
We accomodate all fitness level in this class. Aerial Hoop contributes to a general well-being by strengthen your core and muscles, it is an amazing supplementary training for those they feel bored in gym only doing weight lifting. Lyra (hoop) class will challange your balance system that contributes to a better body awarness.
With a maximum of 4 people per instructor, we do our best to ensure that you get the attention you need in the air.
