Refunds & Cancellations Policy
We have a no refund policy! Once you have purchased your ticket, we are not able to refund any money. The act of purchase is ensuring that you are available for the class or course. (Retreats have their own policies.)
All class require a 48 hours cancellation notice before the class to receive a makeup session opportunity.
Missed sessions without the appropriate (48 hours) notice will be charged as if attended.
We can NOT accept: "I couldn't find locations", or turned up on an other location or any travelling issues. Please check it out in Contact tab where to arrive and get familiar with address, class locations as well as travelling time.
There is no refund for merely changing your mind! We are here to get you results and these results cannot be achieved if you fail to attend the program! This is not negotiable!
If you are running late, after 15 minutes (warm up time) you won’t be able to attend the class due to health and safety reasons. If you turn up after this time you will be asked to leave and session will be charged as attended.
If you are not arriving on time to start the class, we keep the rights to give your space for a standby student and your class will be charged as if attended.
FLOATING FITNESS gives plenty of time to use up lesson packages. 5 Class Pass - expires in 6 weeks; 10 Class Pass – expires in 12 weeks from first visit. With both lesson packages you are able to visit Pole Dance, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks and Acro Balance classes. We can't offer any extension on class passes.
Medical Cancellations - Cancellation is permitted where a client or team is not able to participate in a single sessions for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the client or team was not permitted to participate is required within 7 days of missed session and upon receipt, a credit for a makeup session will be issued.
Changes by FLOATING FITNESS - We reserve the right to make alterations to classes booked with us. This is very rare, but sometimes necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. If a change has to occur, we will offer an appropriate alternative. If however none of the alternatives are convenient, you can have a full refund.
Payment can be made online. In exceptional cases cash payment is available at venues.
