Junior Pole & Aerial Hoop Fitness


Junior Pole & Aerial Hoop Fitness is a 10 weeks long Pole Fitness & Aerial Hoop course designed around general school term for children aged 8-16 years. 

Children will develop self-discipline, perseverance, self-confidence, coordination, balance, endurance, which they can use in all areas of life. 

Each class is 60 minutes long, led by two licenced aerial fitness teachers with DBS check. Children will learn spins, climbs, tricks, inversions on pole and aerial hoop equipment. This is a 100% aerial fitness/gymnastics course, a chance to build up circus skills, or to take part of aerial fitness competitions. 

Parents need to sign a consent letter before course start.
Please bring this document printed and signed to the first class!

What to wear?
Children need to own a pair of shorts, a pair of leggings, long-sleeved top and short-sleeved sport top.
